Mvisionweb Standard Refund Policy

This policy outlines the general terms for refund requests on all non-promotional services provided by Mvisionweb.

General Refund Policy

Refunds for services are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. All refund requests will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Mvisionweb. We will consider a refund request based on the following criteria:

  • Project Stage: The stage of the project at the time of the request. For projects with multiple phases, refunds may not be possible for stages already completed.

  • Work Completed: The amount of work already performed and creative hours invested by Mvisionweb. This includes all design, development, content creation, and consulting efforts.

  • Costs Incurred: Any third-party costs already paid by Mvisionweb on behalf of the client (e.g., domain registration fees, hosting setup, software licenses).

  • Reason for Request: A valid, documented reason for dissatisfaction with the service.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally considered non-refundable due to the time and resources required to complete them:

  • Initial Deposits: Any upfront deposit or payment made to secure the project start date is non-refundable.

  • Third-Party Costs: Fees fordomain registration,web hosting, or any other third-party services purchased by Mvisionweb on your behalf.

  • Completed Work: Fees for work that has been fully completed and delivered. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Finallogo and branding packages.

    • Completedwebsite designs and development.

    • Any deliveredcontent creation orSEO reports.

    • Financial services (e.g., consulting, tax preparation) that have been rendered.

Intellectual Property

All work produced by Mvisionweb, including but not limited tologo designs, website layouts, code, and content, remains the sole and exclusive intellectual property ofMvisionweb. This applies even if a partial refund is issued. Mvisionweb retains the right to use any completed work for its marketing, advertising, and portfolio purposes.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must submit a formal written request via email to our support address within 14 business days of the service’s completion. The request must include:

  1. Your full name and contact information.

  2. A clear description of the project.

  3. The specific reason for your dissatisfaction.

Mvisionweb will review your request and communicate a final decision in writing. All decisions are final.
