Promotional Refund Policy

This policy outlines the specific terms of refunds for any project completed under a promotional offer from Mvisionweb. It serves as a separate addendum to our general Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Project Refunds

• Eligibility: This policy applies exclusively to projects initiated and completed as part of a limited-time promotional offer. A promotional offer is a special pricing package or discount advertised for a specific period. This policy is a standalone document and does not replace the refund policy for our standard, non-promotional services, which is handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in our main Terms and Conditions.

• Refund Amount: In the event that a client is not fully satisfied with a completed promotional project, Mvisionweb may, as a final gesture of goodwill, offer a partial refund of 15% of the total project cost.This is not a full refund and is intended to serve as a final resolution while accounting for the resources, time, and creative efforts already invested in the project.

• Conditions: To be considered for this promotional refund, the client’s request must be submitted in writing within 14 business days of project completion. The request should be sent via email to our support address and must include the client’s full name, project details, and a clear explanation of the reason for dissatisfaction. Verbal requests will not be considered.

• Intellectual Property: All work produced for a promotional project—including but not limited tologo designs, website layouts, code, and content—remains the sole and exclusive intellectual property ofMvisionweb. The refund of 20% does not transfer ownership of these assets to the client. Mvisionweb retains the right to use any of these completed assets, regardless of a refund being issued, for its own marketing, advertising, and portfolio purposes to showcase our work. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the work for its intended purpose, but this license can be revoked if the refund is processed.

This promotional refund is considered a final and binding resolution. Mvisionweb reserves the right to make the final determination on all refund requests.
